The central airconditioner switch is in the hallway. The ducts are in every room. Set it as low or high as you wish.

DOORS AND GATES
Front door
Place the back of your hand on the key panel, then type the code 200415 press click unlock button.
If you have trouble with the key lock, look for the spare keys in one of the pot plants on the front veranda.

Gate from the driveway to the back garden: C237
Gate from the back lane to the back garden: C235
HEATING AND COOLING
Evaporative cooler is in the hallway, just press the off/on button and then turn it up as you like.
AWNINGS AND SKYLIGHT SHADES
The awning/sunshade to protect you in the back garden, the buttons are on the wall at the right hand side of the bifold doors as you look into the garden. Make sure you retract it for rain or high winds, or it will be ruined.
Sunshades for the kitchen skylights are in the cupboard closest to the bifold window doors
CINEMA
Operating the cinema, please see the cinema video. All remotes are on the mantelpiece.
HOT TUB
Please shower to remove all moisturises make up and body oils before entering the hot tub and ensure your feet are clean also.
We have left fliip flops at the back door for you to use. The hot tub will automatically turn on to heat every afternoon.
BEDROOMS
The sheets on the beds are fresh and there are towels in the linen cupboard in the hallway.
If you need additional pillows, sheets or bedding, please take them from the linen cupboard in the hallway.
SOFA BED
The sofa in the office folds out to a queen-sized bed. There is a mattress topper which makes the bed more comfortable in the cupboard in the front bedroom. Make up the sofa with sheets from the linen cupboard in the hallway. The block-out blinds can be adjusted with the pool leaning against the wall to make the room dark at night.
FOOD
Help yourself to anything in the fridge and pantry.
BINS
Rubbish bins go out on Tuesday night.
GARDEN
Please feel free to cut herbs from the garden.
DRIVEWAY
The driveway is shared with the next-door neighbours (to the left when viewed from the street).
WASHING MACHINE
Please feel free to use the washing machine and dryer in the hallway.
CLOTHESLINE
The clothesline is in the driveway, with pegs ready to use. There is also a fold away rack in a kitchen cupboard.
